Package 1
Full planning and coordination
This package is the perfect one for those couples who need our total assistance in all the organization and planning process. Hiring vendors, conceptualization, wedding style, etc. This is the perfect package for couples who don’t live on site and cant be here for the planning. From the beginning, we will accompany you on each of the steps that you must cover for the planning of your wedding, advising you when needed, making suggestions, guiding you, monitoring your budget and taking care of your best interest. We make your wedding your way, supporting you with all our experience and enthusiasm, taking care of all the hard work, and leaving to you the tranquility and the pleasure of only making the decisions on what you desire.
- This package starts 12 months before the wedding. Prior to that, we will only work on the selection and hiring of the venue and essential vendors.
- Organization, conceptualization and design of the event.
- Assistance and monitoring of budget according to customer needs.
- Selection, coordination and assistance in payments to vendors.
- Attendance to appointments with suppliers and matters related to the event.
- Chronological monitoring of the organization.
- Assistance in matters of paperwork and documentation.
- Assistance with the final logistics of the event.
- Guide and advice on hiring vendors.
- Supervision of the settling of the event.
- Coordination and supervision of the ceremony and reception.
- Assistance and resolution of contingencies during de the day of the event.
- Guests transportation management. (in case there is).
- Total availability of our service on the day of the event.
- Liquor keeper
- Creation of website for the event.
- Management of agreements with Hotels to obtain better rates.
- Delivery of favors or welcome gifts in Hotels (fee charged by Hotel not included).
- Includes:
- Management of Schedule Timetable
- Layouts as needed
- Help and advise with last payments to vendors
- Our services end 8 hours after the event/ceremony begins.
Package 2
Full planning and cordination + Rehearsal dinner
This package includes everything of the main package, but also includes the following for the rehearsal dinner or welcome cocktail:
- All planning, assistance and advice needed
- Follow up of budget
- Schedule of the setting and event
- Layouts as needed
- Assistance of all vendors hirings
- Coordination and supervision of the setting of the event
- Coordination and supervision of the event (once it starts)
- Assistance and resolution of contingencies during the day of the event
- Management of guests' transportation (in case there is)
- Total availability of our service on the day of the event
- The event must take place not more than a few days before the wedding
- Our services end 5 hours after the event begins
Package 3
Full planning and coordination + Tourism for your guest
This package includes everything of the main package, but also includes the following for tourist activities for your friends and family.
- All planning, assistance and advice needed
- Follow up of budget
- Schedule of all activities
- Assistance of all vendors hirings
- Assistance and resolution of contingencies during the activities
- Management of guests' transportation (in case there is)
- You can hire an assistant personnel to be with you in all activities, to help you in person with anything you may need
